Training an engineering team to build with AI
A national institution's engineering team learned to build full-stack software with AI — hands-on, in real workflows — using Triden's Bloom's Collaboration Framework. Not a lecture series: every participant left able to ship, with their own working AI knowledge hub.

The domain
Most AI training stops at slideware — a team leaves inspired and still unable to ship. This engagement was the opposite: take a group of working engineers and, over an intensive multi-week program, make them fluent at building real, full-stack software with AI inside their own workflows. The bar wasn’t attendance; it was capability.
What we did
We taught our own method — the Bloom’s Collaboration Framework — the way we practise it: hands on keyboards, building against real problems, each day structured so people learn by shipping. The framework keeps AI’s work checkable, so participants learn not just to prompt but to judge, verify, and govern what the model produces. Every session ran from a workbook a facilitator could teach cold, and every participant finished with their own working AI knowledge hub — not a folder of notes, but a running system they built and keep using after the room clears.
