Training to think and build with AI.

Think with AI, using the framework.

Start with purpose, success and scope. Use the Auditability Line to decide what can be checked against evidence and where human judgement must lead.

For decisions that need more scrutiny, examine the evidence, unknowns and reversibility, and name who owns the decision. The framework gives collaboration a clear starting point and a human owner.

What the training covers.

• Thinking and judgement: turn an unclear request into a bounded task with an explicit definition of success.
• Shared knowledge: organise references and decisions so AI can retrieve and use the right context.
• Practical development: build with AI, inspect changes and test behaviour in a working application.
• Governance in the workflow: distinguish reads from writes, use review gates and enforce checks through tools.

Learning through practical work.

The curriculum combines explanations, guided labs, workbooks and review checkpoints. Its exercises move from a shared knowledge surface to skills, controlled write paths and a software interface.

The developer stays involved in the decisions: read the change, run the checks and decide whether to accept it. The MOD case study gives a more detailed view of the curriculum.
