Project delivery
We build the product end-to-end — sensors, AI, interface, go-to-market. Discovery → Build → Hold. Hand off to your team, or stay on as operator.
What's included
The whole product, end to end — discovery, design, build, launch, and the plumbing around it. Sensors to interface to go-to-market, shipped to production.
Proven in
TeamSoul — a team KB where humans gate the AI
TeamSoul is the multi-user knowledge base and project tracker Triden runs its own work on — an any-domain tracker where AI authors and builds, and a human reviews and accepts every piece before it lands. Tested in production the hardest way: we use it every day, on every project.
AI Business Analyst — requirements captured by voice
A self-serve tool that captures a real requirement over a voice conversation: an operator scopes a session and sends a link, a respondent talks to an AI business analyst, and the system returns a structured requirements report — with the initiator notified when it's ready.
soulCMS — a content backend clients run without engineering
soulCMS is the content system behind Triden-built client sites — a typed content-model engine with a brand tier, CLI/AI-authored behind a human approval gate, one isolated deployment per client. It's what lets a client's own team publish without a developer in the loop.
SoulMonitor — a fleet watcher that pages a human, then triages itself
SoulMonitor watches Triden's own production fleet: deterministic outage detection with a deadman timer, WhatsApp escalation to a human on a real incident, and an AI L1 agent that triages first. Built to prove the part everyone skips — running it after launch.
How an engagement runs
A free Discovery sprint shapes it, then we build in the open. Hand the result to your team, or we stay on and run it as a managed service.
