SoulMonitor — a fleet watcher that pages a human, then triages itself
SoulMonitor watches Triden's own production fleet: deterministic outage detection with a deadman timer, WhatsApp escalation to a human on a real incident, and an AI L1 agent that triages first. Built to prove the part everyone skips — running it after launch.

The domain
Shipping is half the job; the other half is the outage at 3 a.m. that nobody is watching for. Triden runs a fleet of client and internal deployments and needed monitoring it actually trusted — one that detects real outages, reaches a human when it matters, and doesn’t drown everyone in noise the rest of the time.
What it does
SoulMonitor watches every deployment around the clock and knows the difference between a blip and an outage. When it’s real, a human gets paged on WhatsApp — and arrives to an AI first responder’s triage, not a blank page. Quiet weeks get a digest, so silence means healthy, not unwatched.
