Iridium Services & Logistic Consultancy Limited is the first company in the Middle East specialised in ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) and TLDM (Through Life Data Management). As a TridenITS client, it brought deep operational knowledge of its specialist domain but no internal software capability. The challenge was translating two decades of practice into a system the team could actually use.
